Overdrive AUv3 Plugin 1.05

This AUv3-compatible overdrive/distortion plugin is designed for seamless integration with popular digital audio workstations such as Cubasis, Meteor, Auria, and GarageBand. It features a modern graphical interface equipped with stereo meters to facilitate accurate monitoring of signal levels.

The plugin provides extensive control over the sonic character, offering multiple emulation modes along with adjustable filtering and tone settings. This versatility allows users to tailor their sound with precision, from subtle overdrive to more aggressive distortion.

An optional built-in compressor is available to pre-process the signal before wave shaping, helping to manage dynamics effectively. It includes nine distinct distortion algorithms, each presenting unique tonal qualities, enabling a broad palette of sounds. Post-distortion, users can apply low and high pass filters to eliminate unwanted frequencies such as DC offsets or mains hum. Additionally, the plugin offers either straightforward tone controls or a three-band parametric equalizer with ±12dB adjustments, granting comprehensive control over mid-range tones.

While primarily aimed at achieving warm, slightly overdriven or crunchy tones, the plugin also encompasses more extreme distortion models for heavier sound design.

This plugin is part of a suite of AUv3 compatible tools that will be further expanded by 4Pockets in the near future.
